Good News! Our Congregational Mission Study has been received and approved by our Presbytery’s Committee on Ministry. Our great thanks to everyone who filled out surveys, put stickers on paper, asked questions, and helped make the study such a success.
The CMS will help potential pastors know us better and will be the primary document our Pastor Nominating Committee uses to create our Ministry Information Form. The MIF is our church’s Position Description and will be posted on our denomination’s job board where pastors looking for a church can review it. It will offer a potential pastor their first look at our church.

We are now free to elect a Pastor Nominating Committee and continue the process of seeking the next pastor God has for us. Expect to hear more about the process for electing the PNC after our Session meets on December 19th.
